At Rainbow, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the clothing.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
